Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may return any unopened, uninstalled trigger shoe kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping cost is non-refundable). The product must be in its original packaging, in resalable condition, with no scuffs, scratches, or evidence of partial installation.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 24 business hours with a return authorization number (RMA) and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number visibly written or printed on the outside.
- Ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground (your choice and cost — we recommend tracked shipping).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment card.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we cover return shipping AND ship a replacement at no cost. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
What Is NOT Returnable
- Trigger shoes that have been installed in a firearm (even briefly)
- Trigger shoes that show scratches, scuffs, or wear consistent with installation attempts
- Open packaging that cannot be resealed
- Items beyond the 30-day window from delivery
Refund Timing
Refunds process to the original card within 1–3 business days of receiving the returned item. Your card-issuing bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your statement.
Exchanges
For color swaps (Black ↔ Red), follow the standard return process and place a fresh order for the desired color. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
