The CZ P-09 C Nocturne is a compact 9mm pistol with a fiberglass-reinforced polymer frame in black. It weighs 28.1 ounces, measures 7.4 inches overall and has a 3.7-inch barrel. The magazine capacity is 15 rounds plus one, and two magazines come in the box. The slide is cut for direct-mount red dots, and the manual safety and decocker are ambidextrous.

A pistol of this size suits carry, home defense and range work in Kansas, where the 15-round capacity adds rounds to a compact frame. The Omega single-action/double-action trigger lets the owner choose the trigger mode, and three backstraps help the grip fit different hands. A direct-mount optic on this slide suits a shooter who wants a red dot for close-range work.
