The CZ 457 Lux is a bolt-action rifle in .22 LR with a 24.8-inch barrel, a blue and black finish and an overall length of 41.3 inches. It weighs 6.6 pounds and holds five rounds, with one magazine included. The receiver is optic ready, and the two-position manual safety sits on the receiver. The rifle comes with standard sights, and the walnut stock has a hogback profile with a cheekpiece.

The .22 LR chambering suits small game and range practice, and the adjustable trigger lets a Kansas shooter tune the pull for steady shots. The 24.8-inch barrel and 11mm dovetail make it a practical first rimfire for plinking. Because the receiver takes a scope, the same rifle works with open sights or with an optic for target shooting.
