The CZ Redhead Premier Reduced Length is a 20 gauge over-under shotgun with 24-inch barrels and a 3-inch chamber. Its 13-inch length of pull and 40-inch overall length suit smaller-framed shooters. The break action has automatic ejectors and a single selective trigger, and the barrels are chrome-lined under a blue and black finish. Turkish walnut furniture and bead sights complete the gun. It holds two shells and has an ambidextrous manual safety.

For a Kansas hunter, the reduced length suits a smaller build, and the 20 gauge with a 3-inch chamber accepts a wide range of loads. The state's firearm seasons, December 2-13 for 2026-27, allow centerfire rifles, shotguns with slugs, centerfire handguns and muzzleloaders, so check KDWP's cartridge and unit rules before hunting. Dealer sales require a photo ID, Form 4473 and the NICS check.
