The CZ Sharp-Tail is a 20-gauge side-by-side break-action shotgun with 28-inch barrels, a blue finish and 3-inch chambers. It weighs 6.9 pounds and measures 45.75 inches overall, with a 14.5-inch length of pull. Two shells fit the gun, and a single selectable mechanical trigger chooses the barrel. A tang-mounted manual safety sits within reach of a right-handed shooter.

The side-by-side layout suits a field hunter or upland shooter who wants a traditional feel, a 28-inch barrel and quick access to both chambers. The wood pistol grip stock and bead sights keep the handling familiar. The one-piece CNC-machined receiver and coil-spring hammers are the main mechanical features built for long-term field use. The coil-spring hammers and redesigned sears are listed as improvements over leaf-spring designs, which the supplier ties to consistent performance.
